I dont rightly know what help u need, but to fire grenades  you right click as usual but you keep your finger down until the guage shows how far the gren will go
and also watch same guage at side for height of throw,

best thing to do is -- go into a mars op and practise lobbing grens into craters, if you are not subbed, ask someone who is to open an op ( non-rated ) and practise together.
