I have had this problem quite recently, Delete your cookies, Clear your history, and delete files.

Download this JAVA and then install it, restart your computer then TRY and get onto tanx.

I had the same problem this morning, submitted email to Fod and the problem was cleared within an hour, well done Fod on the speed to which you reacted and solved the problem.

I'm not sure if it is a java problem; as I said before I have had a similar problem as Shredderknewl. I have the latest Java, I deleted files, cookies and history, nothing seemed to improve the problem, I submitted error email to fod and problem was cleared within about an hour. So maybe, just maybe there could be a problem within the load programme of Fod which occassionally plays up. I would be interested to know if this could be the case then if this problem arises again I will know how to deal with it promptly. Thanks.

If it will go a problem in the java, click in Tools right away Options of Internet and cliquem in Exclude Cookies and put out transcript herself this do not resolve her problem, examines her Windons and see there is some problem in the files, or will go problem in the FOD certain this will be resolved.
