I would like to know if there are moderators assigned to Xmas2002?  If there are, why will they not respond to please for assistance?  There are several loyal fans who play all of the GemJam games but we are having particular difficulty with Xmas2002 and have requested assistance many times to no avail.  It would appear that you would at least respond, even if to only say no.  Please at least answer our queries. Or at least say you aren't going help us. Thank you.
