veriac, nice accurate answer. You might want to refer to a "fit" as a seizure to be completely accurate.
This usually refers to those people who suffer from Photo-sensitive Epilepsy. You will also find the same warning now on most films you watch, and in many TV programmes. People who suffer from this form of Epilepsy might place themselves at risk from a fit, and subsequent injuries. The warning is simply to let those people know that the risk is there, and that if they are unsure of how their particular type of Epilepsy affects them, they should consult a physician first.
