forum won't allow hot linking of video stream image...I did'nt think it would ...
so I'll post the link to it instead..  a streaming video web cam with audio of one of my old hang outs.. Times Square in NY city....cam changes views every couple of minutes as well..

yes...  images are almost in real time.. notice the clock times on the images.. each frame captured 30 minutes apart U.S. eastern time..
maybe I'll try a web cam image next :p

something is only live if u view it first hand....for example seeing a band is only considered to be live if u see them play real time, if u see the show thru a tv programme it is a recording....simple

They are recordings of the weather today. No image can be live. But the source of the image can be updated, if the weather changes... thats about it.

Do you see the clocks at the bottom of the images. Thats shows the recordings of the weather today.
