  All i do is find a pic, click copy, and paste them
  in sample pictures (in my pictures folder, for win xp)

Good advice Master.
I had a picture of my football team Luton town... Quite easy, put it into paintshop pro, got it on my free pic hosting thing, came out fine :D

All you have to do is make it smaller. You can do this with most art programs. PSP7/8, Photoshop, and ordinary standard Paint (which comes with most computers)
