Hello zacjulie, If someone doesn't play, points are initially deducted after 7 days and then on a daily basis. please see "Rating reduction of idle players"

ZacJ, If you do not play for 7 days, the system immediately removes 14-16 point each day. You need to play every week to keep your points. Regards, Big Dave. aka The Sore Loser
