Hello myid™ Since an update earlier this year, you need at least one dot on your dice ⚀ (level 1) or an active subscription to watch games. The dice represents the old‑timer score, a system designed to show a player’s long‑term commitment and behaviour. It ranges from one to nine dots (levels 1–9) and serves as a visible indicator of consistent play and good conduct. Demerits can, and and temp. bans will reduce your dice level, and if it reaches zero, the dice disappears. The old‑timer score is primarily based on total playtime. To earn (back) your first dot and level up, simply keep playing and follow the rules. Kind regards, John

Hello myid™, Demerits can, and bans will negatively impact the "oldtimer score" (dice) - points are deducted accordingly. If all points are lost a player is back to level 0. The score can be restored by continuing to play and staying penalty-free over time.
