I find it really sad how many players here are such sore losers. Once they realize they've lost a game, rather than resign and go on to the next game, they proceed to wait almost the full minute to make a move, intentionally wasting everyone's time. The sportsmanship by most people playing on this site is non-existent. Another thing about playing here is if someone challenges you with a much lower rating, from the start they try taking a game to draw, because as you know a lower rated player will gain points if they take a higher rated player to draw. I have to tell you guys, gaining points in that way is not winning, in fact gaining them that way is what a loser does. I play checkers for the fun of it, and I have competitive spirit. If a game is not going my way I still try to win, and I will make aggressive moves that often come back to bite me, but it makes the time spent playing a little more fun. I know there's nothing to be done about what I've talked about here, but after having just played about 10 games with 8 of them against players I just spoke about, it's frustrating.
