Watching games is only available to subscribers or to players who have at least one dot on their dice. (level 1 ) 

The dice reflects the old‑timer score, which shows long‑term activity and conduct. It mainly increases through total playtime.
So just keep playing and stick to the rules, and you’ll get your dice/the first dot.
