The Oldtimer progress is calculated based on playing time and continued good behaviour. If you keep playing and avoid the behaviour that led to the restriction, you’ll notice the progress percentage gradually increasing over time. Once the progress reaches 100%, your dice will begin to be restored, starting with 1 dot. So you’re already moving in the right direction, just keep playing, keep behaving, and let the system do its work.
