This topic has been raised repeatedly over a number of years, including by yourself, and the explanation has already been given many times.

The assignment of black or white is random.  There is no weighting, bias, or player-specific influence involved.  Apparent streaks and uneven distributions are a normal outcome of randomness and do not indicate any issue with the system.

There is nothing new to review here, and reopening the same statistical complaint will not change the mechanics or the outcome.  This matter is considered closed.
