for me it depends on my workout routine, if I feel like my iron grip 3000 isn't giving me a tough enough workout I'll use the natural method :D, and that includes using both hands (yes I'm blessed) which is kinda like tugga war against myself, heh heh heh, but usually I'm a lefty.
