I am a subscriber but on the welcome info the picture is not showing, but on my profile, it is showing I think there is a technical issue. please solve it as soon as possible and moreover when I try to report the bug it  gives a specific message
" Email check failed. Is this a working email address? Try sending an email to yourself to check it"
that's the two problems I am facing
