Can anyone explain how points are calculated   
when you win a game?

Example:

I won two games [gammon] with the dice in 2 
and I got 26 points in total [13 per game] 
Then I lost one game [simple] with the dice in 1 
and my rating decrease by 25 points.

This doesnt make any sense.
Explanation about points criteria?
