Try the "mute spectators" button.
i fail to see how muting someone will stop them from telling your opponent which moves to make in order to win.
Yes the button mute is the solution revolution but only for the programs. :D As I say...I'm a genius!!! mouhahaha....

If all the people do that end of the programs. Because if they can't play and talk the game can become very hard for them. For those that don't have the sign if you have a good eye you can understand fast their mic-mac! Oh my god, the cheaters in general in a game site are definitly my favorite subject. xD Without them it's a bit boring... No, no, no it's a joke!!!!

Courage, courage to all! Hm. >.<
what i can do with players who talk from skype the moves?
whiteghost3 : actually it's called "please keep quiet" when in a match, and it prevents all communication between spectators and (both) players.

Obviously "all communication" does not refer to any communication outside our games.
People who use Skype or any other form of chatting obviously can't be stopped. You are going to have to out smart them at that point. I agree the "Keep Quiet" feature will help in some cases.

Also if they are beginners getting help isn't a bad thing is it?. After all it can help them progress as players, right?.

Darren.
Darren, if the begginers get help by the cheating of course it's a bad idea.
There is no more challenge.
Please don't support that...! Or do it in silence in your brain. There, your thinking can be free and not make a damage...

The others... Get over it! Good games!!

Peace.
Darren,
I might add that you are right
in case
they negotiated about it being an educational game beforehand. It is not considered to be sportsmanlike if stronger players suddenly starts to help the weaker one. In real chess matches this person would at least be asked to leave the place where the game is being played.
if high ranked players wanna teach some of the beginners there is an unrated room where they can go and play without losing any points and work on chess skills.

Good point TCA Night Walker. It can be a good thing or a bad thing in some cases depending on how you look at it.

Sure if the same high ranked player helps the same person in all of his or her games would then be a form of cheating. Getting pointers in a game for a newbie shouldn't be a bad thing to a certain degree, meaning if he/she were to ask the players if it's ok they are helping.

So if you asked him to stop and he/she didn't comply is pretty disrespectful.

If the high ranked player is to keep giving lessons he/ she should use unrated room to further help that individual, so I agree with whiteghost on that as well.

God Bless, Darren
I also can't say anything more because the image file doesn't work, therefore I have no idea what was said during the chat etc...
