I've just logged in and find that I have been downgraded from near 200 to 179. I see new icons like 'despot' or 'influential'. What do they mean?

Those arent new icons they have been displayed on player profiles since like 2001 or whenever flyordie started , despot is a loyalty icon for playing for so long without bans. these are " dice " the longer you play without breaking rules , the more you obtain , but the harder it gets.
Seems we could use some FAQ entry about this.
