After logging in, I click on Start Game but the window to play never opens; the screen is stuck on the advertisement.

I suggest clearing java cashe/internet cashe then scanning for virus's/spyware on your system. If that fails try firefox browser if your not already using it. Be sure when checking for virus's/spyware you update your virus/spyware programs and rebooting in safe mode, restart PC press f8 and choose safe mode (WITHOUT NETWORKING). Darren
