  I would like to compliment you on the excellent work you've done. However, you still need to do something about losing points when losing connection. It's not fair to lose so many points as if we had given up because connection is far from good im many countries in the world.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I'D APPRECIATE IT.
