Dear Moderators.

Hi my name is simon. Been playing flyordie games for years... and nether once asked about demerits or banning someone cause its never offended me.. but this person is so abusive its unreal. The things he says and does is out of order. and its offecting my game.. he appears as a guest as well as his many nicks he's got. he keeps appearing then going away on my shot in matches.. he keeps saying the same thing about my mum.. Does she wear thingz? is like his tradmarks saying it to me every time im on... NOTSURE IF IM ALLOWED TO SAY HIS ACCCOUNT NAMES BUT SOD IT HE'S VERY ABUSIVR TO ME... HIS NAMES I KNOW FOR CERTAIN ARE (TIMEOFMYLIFE, AND FLOWERWARDSELLER,.Dnt know what action to take cause not familiar with all the techcinal side i just want to enjoy playing snooker but can't because of this dissrespectful person. i hear people sayin take screen shots whats this??? ...

 here is the link for making a ss (screen shot). Hope it helps you. The moderation team need the ss to verify that the insulter has actually done the harassment etc.

Yeah, and what about blocking people with "Imapporiate Usernames"?? See? e.g. when someone has a nasty and rude word within the username or/and password.
