I dont understand why i sometimes get a ! after my name - i sometimes play a bad game and lose against low scores and then i suddenly get a ! after my name. I'd understand the presumption that i may use a prog if i BEAT much higher scores - BUT to get a ! after losing does not make sense. i could get a new username and start again but why should i - HOW can i get rid of this ! 
its a shame the mediators dont read this - they could then sort out this crap software
