Subbing does not protect your account from being banned, if you were banned once and came on with another nick it will be banned also if still under the initial ban, mods will ban who they see fit regardless of your stature here at FoD...all of this and more has been gone over time and time and time and time and time again.  Veriac is one of the fairest mods I had the pleasure of meeting on FoD, I highly doubt he changed.
