an e-mail onto a title trowensmith@lycos.co.uk but the message of the registration does not come round. if registering 2 names is illegal I am asking you do not kick out.

You can make as many names as you want, it's not against the rules :) Try looking in your junk/spam box, I'm not sure what it's called when using Lycos email, often the initial confirmation email can get sent here.
