Had it a few times, a mate has told me how to cure it tho so I thought I'd share!

If using IE theres a zoom box at the bottom of the screen with a magnifying glass next to it (usually saying 100%) if you change that to something else it refreshes the game and it reappears for some strange reason... or at least it does for me! Hope it helps :o)

To add to what usarulesdarts has just said, if you have IE Version 6.0, make sure you update it to 7.0 :)
