I think that your title choice for this thread was indeed very apt since you immediately began cheating with Verzion when the previous ban ran out.

Then of course, you make it even worse by immediately evading that ban to complain about getting caught again.

You asked for an explanation, and you have it. I see no point in continuing this discuss.

I gave away my old name to <insert random freinds name here> because <insert daft reason here> and they got banned for <insert stupidity here>.

I subscribed <insert name here> and ticked a box saying i had read, understood, and agreed to abide by the rules of site. Unfortunately, owing to <insert lame reason here> i never actually read the rules and now find out the hard way that i should have done so before complaining about all these bans i suddenly recevied.

Just a general point, how do FOD know that someone has given away their accounts (To which this results in a ban)?

1 - I dont cheat 
2 - I didnt point bank 
3 - I gave an account away, not accountS

Peter this guy never learns from his mistakes sadly. Justice has been serve for the blue devil and his other accounts because he cheats in connect 4 and finally a moderator has caught him of his actions.

Blue Devil- 2nd banned is because you pb with your other account called respect (wierd letters) and you gave lots of your accounts away to other people repeatly. So that's why you recieved a 2nd banned...

After taking a quick peek at this case, it would appear that after your first ban for cheating in connect4 ended, you proceeded to continue cheating again, resulting in a second ban.

How does this happen, do FOD punish nicknames using the same IP (as you said the bad history is added to the other persons names which I can only assume you do by looking at IP addresses)? And if so does this mean if my brother gets banned I will also:|?

imagine a situation: your friend has subbed a nickname for year,but lost interest after 6 months of playing
so he has 6 months of sub left. So he has quit FOD,and gave nickname to you,so he knows that subscripition wasn't just lost.

There is a difference between 

lending

 someone an account and 

giving

 someone an account. If it's against the rules to lend an account I'm assuming it's also against the rules to give an account.

Yet so many players give accounts away it's unreal. Me for one will admit giving someone else accounts in the past, for whatever reason but mainly me getting bored of the name, although obviously I don't give away so I can cheat. But I'm still breaking the rules?

I thought it told you the reason for being banned?, or at least I'm pretty sure it used to tell you on your account settings, unless they changed things (Or my memory has gone into an imaginative state :))?

Private messages function would be handy on the forum as a moderator could give a quick, private response to Devil about what is going on. It may be the case that Devil has genuinely done nothing wrong and has no idea what to do about the fact the account keeps getting banned (Which must happen from time to time otherwise the appeal system wouldn't be put in place). 

Like I said when I appealed for a temporary ban a while back I received no response email so I had no clue whether the problem was being dealt with :|

once again this topic will need to be emailed to fod. just makes me wonder why theres a ''Dear Moderators'' section. surely means asking then for help or a question, most likely regarding a ban

Jason is entirely right as per usual ;) If you email them and they see it fit that the ban was wrong they should reverse it. It does happen, I've had first hand experience, just do't expect an email to tell you it has been reveresed (I had to find a moderator myself and ask :|)

i doubt anything will happen from a post on here.  send a request to support@flyordie.com or through the moderator contact form, explaining the situation, in detail, and with respect.  that will give you your best chance of getting any mistakes corrected.
