If there are then FlyOrDie must be enjoying it's bank balance :D And I don't think it's that hard to do a more comprehensive top list, most online games such as (ohhh back to my horrible young teenager gaming days :p) Runescape have top lists going into the tens of thousand if I remember correctly.
well even if it was a top 100, 000, 000 toplist i still wouldnt be on it:( still good idea:p
