I know what your sayin m8! lol, I think the perms just faded out in the late 70's my friend. Ahhhh they were the days, large perm hairdo with the matching side winders that were neatly trimmed just above the cheek bone on either side, some even dared a moustache and of course large framed tinted shades and a big gold medialion on the chest fully exposed! in all its glorly, sportin a designer rug, (yes all that for the ladies). Anyway back to this post! i don't think they were banned just faded with the times m8. 

I think he's saying, why are some subscribers nicks being permanently banned when they "haven't done anything."


I'm living to regret not taking languages at school, although I doubt even the feared Mr.Rushton would've been able to translate this word for word.

OH LORD! I remember the 70's a little bit (I was very young and most of my memories are from the LATE 70s and the 80s and beyond) and I remember the afro hair-dos and the ugly clothes (bell-bottoms...what WERE we thinking???) and the disco music.

The sad thing is that all this seems to be coming full-circle again. I saw some people with a MOHAWK in the Mall last week (that was the 80s I believe) and I SWEAR that Leisure Suits and bell-bottom jeans are coming back too!

Sigh...the perils of getting older...I guess. I get to watch the kids of today wear the same things that my mom dressed me up in...how sad is that?

I'm wondering why you think just because you are a subscriber you can't get permanently banned, while in contrast you can when you're not subscribed. That's what your question implied to me anyway.
