try lowering your MTU rating slightly to increase connection stability. For instructions on how to do that, just google it.

Delete your cookies and temporary internet files.

I had the same problem, I would look at whether or not your firewall has become outdated or corrupt...especially if you were able to play and suddenly get disconnected.

and i for 7mounth have played re3gularly

If your behind a router make sure it is updated or not faulty, check to make sure all your cables are connected properly and that your modem hasn't gone out on you.  A lot of the disconnections can usually be solved by just updating or getting a new router/firewall.
