Wassup, all of a sudden I get this message and no response from the email referred to.
Any ideas people?

its probably you have enterd the url incorrectly,and the page cannot be found,

what was it you were trying to find?
I would try and give a screen shot of the error message but I don't know how & give up...

I could send you a doc of the screen shot if you give me an email address to send it to

P.S I have recieved an email reply from the support crew which says
" The thread 
Help - Error loading
 was updated."
This doesn't help me and I still can't access any of the pool games.

Just log in to games

When I click on snooker for example I just get the above error message
As it's opening the game window? Sounds like a Java related issue.

First check in Tools>internet options>Security to see if internet security is set to medium or lower. If it is at custom or higher, then customise it and make sure that Java is enabled (or just set to medium, but not lower).

Doesn't help? Do you have broadband? If so, go into add-remove programs and remove JAVA - all versions that might be there. Go to www.java.com and download again. Does that help?

If that doesn't work do you have Norton? If so close all IE windows, clear temporary internet files. Disable Norton firewall, reload game. Try Shift F5 if it still doesn't work. Does that help? If so you have to configure norton to allow the game to work. Don't leave Norton disabled, anti-virus is more important than FoD.

I can't guarantee that this is your problem, but given that FoD are taking time I thought that this might help. It certainly shouldn't hurt, but may take time to reinstall Java.
I have had the same message a few times in the past, the link for the submitbug seems the only way to go, click it, send bug report, usually fod have sorted it out for me within a couple of days. good luck with getting it sorted.

Did a reinstall of Java etc but no diff.

I've had e mail replies from fod but I don't get it...

How did they fix it?

I sent email as I said to fod using the submitbug report and a couple of days later it was fixed, I could log in as normal,just wait and be patient.
