Sorry if this has been spoken of before but it annoys me when a player pots a red in snooker and is then "snookered" on a colour that they can hit and hope without nominating a colour as in real rules. Can sometimes be the difference between winning and losing a frame. What does everyone think?

It would be nice, but I doubt that many games will be decided by that rule. I think the overall effect would be minimal.
