Bad idea, people might need the toilet, the phone might ring, the door might be knocked.

The current time limit (1 minute I think) is adequate enough I reckon

You can use the toilet between games, most people have cordless phones and if the doors knocks, you'll probably need to quit the game anyway. The point is that other people 

don't want to be waiting for you to do these things

. That being said, 15 seconds is too quick for ALL shots (sure, some people will be exceptions).

I know 36, I was just offering my opinion in return. People will have differing ideas about the time limit.

Yeah ok, but the original idea of 15 seconds IS too short, as Beppe said. Maybe 30 seconds, like couscous16 (momentarily off his drugs) said, would be better.

Have you played Snooker Quick before? That's 25 seconds and you really do have to be quick on your toes.

If you are going to shorten the time limit (and I don't see why they should), only a few seconds should be shaved off. 50 or 45.

 A minute isnt that long though really. Although it is obviously frustrating if someone uses there entire minute time limit everytime.
