a good idea however would be to have brown plus raters only in room 1 so u have to work ure way up for the privelage to play in room 1 against the best (me),, and will (hopscottie u will agree) stop low raters conning high raters

The above reply is a very valid one. I feel the rooms should be based on a "league" system with people having to earn the privilage to play in the higher rooms. I have only an average rating on 8, 9 and snooker but would make the competitive players such as myself try to "earn my stripes" and give me a goal to work to. And as has been said before the obvious cheating that goes on in all games would notbe nullified completely but at least reduced and make it fairer for everybody :)

Actually the main point in subbing is the difference in gameplay. Without the distracting advertisements that at times tend to really slow down gameplay, subscribers have an advantage over the rest. 

Large loading advertisements not only slow down gameplay, it also ruins the timing of players when they need to get a shot off in time before the timer runs out. Large loading advertisements also ruins a player's ability to control the power of his shot. If a player is trying to make a very soft snooker, this becomes very difficult if a large loading advertisement starts chopping up the gameplay.

And how is ur comment relevant to the topic? We are not talking about subscribers and non subscribers and the people that subscribe are obviously the die hards so they should get an advantage as they PAY! But what has subscribing and big advertsa slowing down gameplay got anything to do with the 1000+ topic?

It was responding to a member who was trying to figure out the point in subscribing. All I did was answer him. No big deal.

Having a thousand people in 1 room is no different than having 100 people in 10 rooms. It doesn't slow down the game. What slows down the game is server problems. You're confusing servers with rooms.

but can you imagine scrolling through a 1000+ names searching for someone you know etc. maybe a search username feature???? or is there already one i don't know about :S

100 players means 100 messages for each event in the room. 1000 players means 1000 messages for each event and 1000 people make 10 times more messages then in a 100+room... So one 1000+ room makes ten times more traffic then ten 100+ rooms.
