Actually, there are quite a few ways. You can apply at a comic site and they may host your comic strip for you, but this can take a while, and you often have to put up with their advertisements. Personally, I chose to host my own site. You can get a free site at www.geocities.com, or register your own domain name and increase your bandwidth and space for $4.95/month. All you have to do is know some basic html, and even then, there are templates available to help you learn or do the work for you.
