i got disconected & lost 32 points in checkers. this is ridiculous, u know how long it takes to get 32 points when ur score is 600+? ask Bhira i never leave or lose to him. please giv me my 32 points back. thank you.

It's up to you to maintain a connection, and as much as it is annoying when that doesn't happen there is nothing FoD can do for you. There is no proof for them that you didn't deliberately disconnect because you were losing.
Whether or not it is true is not the issue - if the policy was to change results, then some people would start to do this deliberately. Given that Bhira would have to lose the 32 points if FoD ruled in your favour, if he's willing to back you up then why not ask him to give you the points back? I have come across players who have done this before, and if I am in a game looking for a fair result I might choose to do this as well.
