You can hardly get a word in,with all the mods answering these questions that people are asking.:|

Is it just certain days of the week that you can be unsporting ?:|

If you belong to a clan,does that make you immune from beeing unsporting ?:|

Does it depend on the mod having a good day or bad day,whether you get banned or demerited ?:|

Who was I unsporting to ?:|

Do mods use COMMON SENSE when applying the rules ?:|

Will these questions be answered ?:|

Well peter,sorry to hear you got caught,and that just about sums it up,you got caught, some others didnt,,but hey its over,move on is my advice,not that you listen to me:)

To all other members.
If you are on 0 rating with much higher skill, your newbie opponents will loose more points when killed, as there are basically no rating difference. 
On the other hand if you kill a player with high rating, he will loose more points, as there is a significant rating difference, while there is  probably no (or much less) skill difference.
That's why any form of artificially adjusting your rating is not tolerated. Rating is (or should be) the represantation of your skill, and not something you can accumulate or throw away.

To answer your question about why I did it.

I got fed up with people 

artificially adjusting their rating

 and cheating on me . So I decided to join them with lower rating,but since I dont want to hide behind another nickname,like them, I reduced my points.

I didnt know how to do it legally , so I jumped.

I wasnt surprised at being caught,more surprised about the three day ban !
