I agree if u don't want to hear it leave the player muted. If I had a demerit id use it to the max as well. I was told you shouldn't be banned for this either. Fod players quit bein little snitches. ;\

Whist I agree with you OP, this has come up before. When people want punishment against a user who has been unmuted, people have been rebuffed with the suggestion that they should not have unmuted the player in the first place. Consistency would help ;)

If you don't wanna hear a demerited player why do you unmute him/her if I may ask? Moderators do not deal with demerited players anymore, it's your choice if you want to hear them or not.
On the other hand, if you're demerited you cannot ask moderators questions... simple.

If your screenshot is of bad language from a demerited player you have unmuted, you are not likely to see any action from us. We demerit players because they have shown undesirable behavior, and if you see fit to unmute them, you can't really complain about how they act.
