Paying to become a sbscriber entitles you to the extra features. It does not allow you repeatedly break the rules. When you create a name, and when you subscribe, you are required to tick a box stating you have read and understood the Rules of the site. IF you you subsequently break them as often as you have, then you can expect to be banned, regardless of your subscription status.
