Yeast extract? Isn't that the stuff that accumulates between people's toes, otherwise known as toe jam? Yeah... that would be tasty on a slice of toast. Yummy.

With so many people trying to avoid yeast in their diets ,why would someone want to add it? ...always wondered about that.Anyway they call the stuff Vegemite over here ,still is a very ordinary product ,i like Promite.
