The Police officers  are the moderators. Army members are players that subscibe so not to get the popups and stuff.

you forgot to mention that "us " suscribers are the bread and butter for flyordie, because we pay, which also allows us to make ops for all you 100+ free loaders..lol;)

When we come on, the board says that the games are free because of sponsored advertising...

Seems like that's who pays for this, not just a very few subscribers.
