Hi, i'm new around these parts, and I did a quick search on 8 ball rules, but to no success. Anyway, Last time I checked, doing any one of the following resulted in 2 shots to the oposing person. Potting the white Hitting the opositions colour ball before hitting one of your own Potting an oposing ball before your own Failing to hit any ball And the following resulted in a re-rack Failing to cusion 2 balls from a break Potting the 8 (or black) ball from a break Yet none of this seems to be in the game. Are my rules incorect, or is the game incorrect? and if so, are their any plans to add it to the game?

Hi there & welcome to the game :) The rules you mentioned have been discussed on here many times as they are the rules generally used in England. On here, the rules used are from the American rule system. Instead of 2 shots, you get ball in hand. Hope this cleared things up :)
im from canada and i play in many 8 bl and 9 bl tournaments Failing to cusion 2 balls from a break is ball in hand for the other person not a rerack, but thats our tournament rules in some tournaments other we rerack,depending on how the rules are set Potting the 8 (or black) ball from a break is a loss if another ball goes in with the 8 and a rerack if the 8 goes in only, but when were not playin tournaments, if you make the 8 off the break its a automatic win for you, there is a trick shot where u can make the 8 ball off the break, thats why we rerack if it happens during a tournament Potting the white Hitting the opositions colour ball before hitting one of your own Potting an oposing ball before your own Failing to hit any ball these all are ball in hand for the popsing person , not 2 shots
