Hope you don't mind but I have changed the swirl to blue and slowed down the first frame to 100 to allow the viewer to be able to see their name a little more.:)

I'm hardly an expert on the subject but here is one that I know of and have used myself - 

Macromedia Fireworks

I know there are others but I have not tried them. The easiest way is to visit New Era Designs and request a sig.

I use Jasc paint shop pro,Ulead photoimpact XL,and Animation shop 3, and paint. Hope you have fun trying to do some pics yourself.:)

First you need to click on picture that I made for you and save it to your picture file on your PC,then each time you want to put your pic in a message here or some where else all you have to do is the following:- 

You need to right click on your picture, click properties and highlight and copy url addi then paste url in message box putting a [ then i then m then g then = in front of the url then at the end of the url put another ] but leave out all the then words though:).
Click on preview message and you should be able to see your picture. Good luck:)

are you copying the url from the picture?

your picture url is as follows

copy url and paste into new message box putting [ i m g =  (but with no gaps) before the url then at the end of the url put ] then have a look in preview to see if you can see your pic
if you see your pic the click post
