Hallo, I have got a question. If i start f. ex. the game snooker there just appears window with this message: If you see this text your browser might not support features required by this online game or you have disabled them. Please check out our support pages available at www.flyordie.com. How is it ables to play those games on the site of flyordie. Six moths ago I was a regular member and now there is no poosibility in getting in. What could I do? Thank you for your help

First make sure that Javascript is enabled in your browser. Please see our Java section for details. Then if you see the playercount numbers next to each game: when you see the message about support pages, press f5 to refresh the page. If still does not work, press CTRL+f5. If that does not help either, clear your cache and restart your browser. If this is not enough then turn off your proxies (tools/internet options/connection/lan settings/use proxy -uncheck), clear cache, restart browser. If it still does not help, try to remove/disable Norton Internet Security from your system... Next time check support ages on he bottom of main page. most answers to your problems are there ;) ~AJ
