Personally I'd recommend a Bloody Mary. Always does the trick for me first thing after a session. Well it's either that or carry on boozing, and 

finish

 on the Bloody Mary's.

Failing that keep your blood alcohol level above 80mg and you'll never get a hangover. How long you'll live will be the more pressing matter however.

The best cure that I have found for a hangover is simple...take two tylenol before you go to bed...two in the morning...and drink a beer when you get up. (Y)
