I suppose its a good idea but there are numerous factors , the amount of players who would complain about this thus leaving means less money for FlyOrDie . Also Just the "wealthy" players in tanx could buy their rank without earning it , making the game unjustified because the good players who are not wealthy would be stuck with A private 1st class rank 
Anyway , points are meaningless to many players..
