yesterday, the day before yesterday, za week ago I could play but with the latest update I can't play. When I click on play button I have a grey window whereas before i could see the dlding files 1% ...2%...up to it was compete and so that I could play. Am I alone with this problem?

Help please. Is it my fault if i dont manage to get in ! i dont think so because i was able to play after. So why? Nothing has changed in my personal computer
