I was just playing and I realized all 9-ball needs now is a "tap out" option. Tap Out or a Push Out meaning that after the opponent breaks, and there is absolutely no way of hitting the low ball if the breaker does not make anything, then the other player can choose to try to hit the low ball or take the Push Out and hit the cue ball anywhere on the table leaving the breaker an option of taking the shot that the other player has given him, or pass the shot back to the other player that must take the shot at the low ball. If anyone else has heard of this rule from I think BCA Tournament Rules (not sure) they'd agree it's a good idea. Any more questions bout how it works, leave a post.
