whenever i try to make a new name and click submit it says "erroe while prosessing...." It has been this way for months now for me and a few other people. What do I do to fix it?

allowed to make a new name !! Its progammed not to let you make 2. There is ways but I'm a firm beliver in the 1 nickname rule so I am of no help to you.
kill, I think he means emails, but even wehn I MYSELF try it it says error. I think this acually may be avirus or glitch...long term glitch.
