Chess : the real challenge
Just a comment. The other games on Fly-or-Die might be fun and all (no disrepect intended). But Chess is a real game that challenges your skills and wit (without the skills necessary to work a mouse well). It's an international game thats centuries old, played the same with or without a computer.I used to play chess years ago while in school. After I got out of school there never seemed to be any players I knew who could play or had the time , so the game went by the wayside for me ,till I found this site that is. I've found a new love for the game ,I can play at any time now. Chess "A great game".

Hi everyone!
Chess is wonderful, however, sometime the room has a few people which use bad language, so I think we should have a moderator in the room, you can just put your nick there and they will be scared :-D At least can make the game looks better
And I will please to help anyone having trouble with chess cause I play chess quite OK!
Goodbye everyone, enjoy your game!
Anna
i love chess!

the minority r cheater, i think u just hav 2 learn who they are.

paws ;)
I generally use FICS to find good chessplayers, and also they hold tournaments and lectures all the time. They also incorporate a similiar rating system to FIDE so that you can really evaluate yourself compared to other players.

This program is also pretty good except the pieces are a little hard to distinguish and you cannot set the time limits for standard or blitz/bullet games. I don't think the clocks are the usual moves/time type like most chess tournaments use.
