If this is how you think a clan should be run then close it down double time. I run a few clans on many different games. You need to research your clan, get 

organised

(build a website, database of who is in your clan etc.), Then you can get recruiting soldiers. You need them to be loyal, give you suport when you need it...
Its no good just posting something like this with no refrences to your clan's ethics, beleives (For example YXT, they are the infamous "rebels" of tanx) or really anything about your clan.
