Why only subscribed memebers can report abuses

I read instruction for reporting undesirable players and I don't have the option because I don't pay. Do you think we should be abused because we don't pay?

You can report people if u have more than 3 dices I think

The reason you are unable to right now is because you are demerited it seems. After you’ve served the time you will be able to again

Pretty sure they can still use the link that John gave.

I was recently demerited and could not report anything. The moment I served my time.. the option to report was back

So, don't get a demerit if you don't want to be abused...ok I didn't know that. 

Pretty bad consequence, but it does make sense since some people like to spam/abuse the report button.

At least there's a mute button just to assure you that you're not helpless.
